Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order processing and shipments may be delayed due to the pandemic.  We appreciate your patience. 
Standard shipping and handling is $8.00 per order.  Shipping and handling fees will be waived for orders over $150.   
 
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. 
 
Housing Works ships all orders via USPS.  Housing Works ships to all 50 states in the USA.  Housing Works does not offer international shipping at this time.   
 
Multiple orders cannot be combined for shipment.  All items shipped together must have the same order number.

Return Policy 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days from its arrival to return the item.  Please sign into your account and select the order you wish to return and click the return items link. We will provide you with a return shipping label. If you do not have an account, you can also email eShop@housingworks.org with your order number, name, and the reason for the return.  Once we receive your returned itemwe will process your refund to the original payment method for the item contingent upon it being returned in saleable condition.  Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  Housing Works can not be responsible for items lost in shipping.

Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19.  We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt at our warehouse. 

Please note that most donated products are gently used, unless otherwise noted as new.  Items listed on our website have been inspected for flaws and damage.  Common or minute signs of gentle use may not be included in the descriptions but will be reflected in the listed condition of the item Items are not officially appraised, certified, or authenticated.  Our vintage and authenticity commentary is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot guarantee that it is 100% factual.  If you think an item has been grossly misrepresented, please call us at 718-786-6160 Ext. 4752.  Our customer service hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
